Hello All!

We are experiencing some drops in our audio signal, sometime complete connections are disconnected (I assume due to ISP irregularities).

In the Bridge-It manual it states that when the Loss, Empty, or Late numbers are too high, this can be due to a poor internet connection quality.

My question is. What is high?

Here are my stats on the receiving unit.
Connected for 4 hours 21 minutes.
Jitter Buffer 232 Auto
Bitrate Rx: 144.7k
Bytes Rx:261.3 MiB
Loss: 16545
Empty: 418
Late 28

Are these numbers high, average, or low?

The Jitter buffer on the program is set to Auto/Good Quality. The receiving unit buffer stats shows between 63 and 230. Although most of the time it is in the 60's.

Program is Point to Point IP with AAC Stereo 128k at 48kbs
