Just wanted to provide some positive feedback to Tieline for great assistance by their tech support person, Bill Miller.  We purchased our Tieline nine years ago and it has worked great, but I needed to begin using some new features and Bill was willing to spend 30-45 minutes on the phone with me to talk me through it and do some troubleshooting.  Way, way above and beyond the call of duty.  Tremendous customer service.  Thanks.

Now I won't be hesitant to call their customer support whenever I have Tieline problem but as of the moment no issues yet happy customer here :)
