Coffee In Tieline

Hi There,

One of our hockey play-by-play guys spilled some coffee onto our Tieline i-Mix G3 unit.  I have taken the unit apart in an attempt to clean it up, but I need to separate the top of the console.  I've removed the screws, and all of the knobs with the exception of the large black selector knob. 

The black knob seems difficult to remove and I don't want to use too much force and break something.  Is it removeable?  Should it just pull off like the other knobs?  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Taylor,
Welcome to the Forum.
The large knob is held on by a grub screw and you will need an Allen wrench or key to remove it. Don't use any force to remove the knob as this could damage the rotary encoder device that is attached to it.
