Report-It Users may be interested to know that they do not need to use the lower quality internal microphone on the iPhone 4 when using Report-IT for remote broadcasts, interviews, etc.
It is better to use a great Dynamic XLR Cardiod Microphone such as the Sennheiser MD 46 connected to the iPhone 4.

I had them develop this product for me in a 15 Foot Length and other sizes are now available on special order 5 Foot, 10 Foot, 15 Foot, 20 Foot, 25 Foot. This adapter / cable has special impedance matching circuitry needed to go from XLR on the Microphone to 3.5mm on the iPhone 4.
