Just purchased the app yesterday and looking to give it a test run here asap, however I was curious as to whether I needed to do any firmware upgrades on the studio codecs.  For some reason I seem to recall, something to that effect coming out of discussions we had at NAB.

Also just thought I throw in a couple wish list items; A phonebook option.  As our users can be connecting back to any one of 7 studios, this would make things much easier.  Is it possible to add cart info to the audio recordings as well.  I think FTP'g directly to our automation system would be a real slick option.      Thanks,

John

Hi Rob,

Welcome to the Tieline Forum and thank you for your comments.

Yes, if you have one of our G3 codecs, you will need the software upgrade. I will have the information on where you can get that emailed to you shortly.

Most of the features that you are asking for will be included in the next release of Report-IT. We hope to have that out by the end of the month.

As a matter of interest, what is the automation system that you have?

Hello Rob
It is necessary for us to know which models you require the firmware for.
The Firmware Request page at http://www.tieline.com/Support/Tieline-Upgrades captures the relevant information required for us to complete your request.
Could you please complete the form and the firmware will be forwarded to you without delay.
